Tenant Q&As

Security deposits are of benefit for both owner and tenant. All properties will require a security deposit. We do, however, offer seasonal discounts for new residents when available.
Submitting a payment can be done in 2 ways: online with Tenant Cloud or mail in. All payments that are mailed in must be posted marked before the 1st of the month. Tenants will receive a reminder email every month when their payment is due from Tenant Cloud.
Yes. All tenants (18 and older) listed on the lease will need their own username and password for Tenant Cloud.
Yes, there is a $35 application fee for each listing. This cost covers the background check needed to qualify
The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month’s rent for that particular unit.
Our leases consist of 6 months or 12 months. If shorter terms are needed, please contact us to inquiry about our rates. Note: shorter term leases will be subsequently higher than a pro rata basis.
Currently, we are offering virtual tours for all properties. Once you have applied for the property and passed the background check, you may schedule an appointment to physically tour the property.
Pets are accepted at certain properties, please double check the property listing for cost and other details.
Each location varies. Please click on the property listing to identify what is included with your rent.
We can place you on a waitlist for any property you have interest in. Once it is available, we will notify you and you can apply then.
Notary & Apostille Q&As
We notarize an array of documents from acknowledgements to loan documents.
The processing time varies. We provide standard which usually have a 3-7* day turnaround and expedited services which usually have a 24-48* hour turnaround. These processing times also depend on the type of document(s) you have, where the document(s) originate, their final destination, method in which you would like your service, and of course the actual wait time from the governmental agencies.
No, only originals or certified originals are excepted for apostille services. All others will be rejected by the Secretary of State or other governmental agencies.
Yes, we provide mobile services for a $30 travel fee. Travel fees are only applicable to Bexar County.

You can visit Vital Records to purchase a certified copy of the originals to use for your apostille.
